We'll be playing at the DAAC in Grand Rapids, Michigan in March, as some may know, and this will be our first out-of-state show. This will hopefully act as a good learning experiance - and possibly our bridge between playing local shows, and putting together a small tour. With a lot of variables involved, we aren't sure, but a small summer tour isn't totally out of the question. So i thought it would be interesting to hear some opinions on touring, prepping for a tour, etc.

If we don't tour this summer, I'm going to fight both of you.
So a tour this summer is definite. Because I don't want to fight.

tommy said the only reason he couldn't tour was because of school. he said he could definitely do it in the summer and could go out of town once during spring break.
tommy really, really wants us to play this stephanie girl's party over winter break. she came up to me and asked again after i told her no. I feel bad.

Wow, we're totally thinking about touring too...
And not only during the summer...
We're thinking somewhat of a spring break tour for a week just to see what it's like so we're ready for summer...
But it might be a lil quick...
We could go on tour together!!!!!

Honestly, I think you should have a professinal product such as a demo or an EP that looks and feels and sounds at least very very full of hard work and integrity.
We're organizing our own indie label called Dynamite! Dynamite! so, maybe we can set something up and help you guys attain that. Hell, you could be one of the main booking guys for DYND!(that's the acronym, haha). Have bitchin' shows and scout for people to build up our indie fan base. A fuck you to commercialized music by creating an aptmosphere and selling products that are 100% dedicated to the message and the music and delivering those things in the most comfortable manner. Instead of, you know, $ first, ?'s later.
Fugazi did it and succeeded, why can't we?
